Role Overview

FanDuel is seeking a Media Associate to join the Integrated Media team and help run, monitor, assess, and improve media integrations across upper-funnel channels, with the main emphasis on linear television and non-linear streaming environments. The role contributes to the successful delivery of media partnerships and integrations while generating insights that shape future media planning and strategy.

The right candidate will be highly structured, precise, and comfortable handling data in a fast-moving setting. This position suits someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, wants to build a career in media, marketing, and analytics, and is excited to help deliver campaigns in a sports, entertainment, and media-innovation environment.

The company may also assign additional duties as business needs change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily monitoring, coordination, and refinement of media integrations across upper-funnel channels, especially linear TV and streaming.
  • Keep integration records current, including post logs and archived video clips, for reporting and media analysis.
  • Support analytics work and contribute to measurement approaches that strengthen planning and strategy.
  • Use data and campaign learnings to suggest improvements that increase integration performance and engagement.
  • Help prepare presentation materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and network partners to manage routine needs and deliverables.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing, League & Team, Brand Marketing, and Creative teams to execute campaigns.
  • Streamline media integration operations, including the central archive database, reporting documents, tracking tools, and workflow management.
  • Track competitor activity and stay informed about innovation trends in the market.
  • Handle additional ad-hoc requests as needed.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a strong academic background. At least 2 years of relevant upper-funnel media experience is preferred. Experience with performance marketing and media metrics such as CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, and LTV is important, as is understanding how those measures relate to each other.

Experience in live sports or television is a plus. The role calls for strong editorial judgment, analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to build trust with different stakeholders. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically and commercially, can prioritize well, solves problems effectively, and works with care in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of sports and gaming culture is preferred.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Photoshop and design skills are an advantage. Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to use them is preferred.
