Overview

We are recruiting for a marketing internship opportunity on behalf of a partner company associated with Haystack in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area. The position is based on-site and is intended for a student who can contribute to day-to-day marketing and operational work.

What you will do

Help plan, roll out, and monitor assortment updates and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and refresh assortment details, product information, and recipe data.
Support the preparation of newsletters and informational sheets.
Assist in developing and tailoring planograms, price labels, and other in-store promotional assets.
Record and follow up on promotional activities to ensure accurate tracking.
Contribute to routine operational and organizational tasks as part of the broader business workflow.

What you need

You should currently be enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Gastronomy, Food Management, or a comparable field.
An interest in food, coffee, and international gastronomy concepts is important.
You should work in a well-organized and detail-oriented manner.
Strong MS Office skills are required, especially in Excel.
You must be able to commit for at least six months and work 16 to 20 hours per week.
