About the Role
Penspen is hiring an HSE Manager to lead workplace health, safety, and environmental practices. The position focuses on building and rolling out safety policies, identifying and controlling risks, keeping the organization aligned with legal requirements, investigating incidents, and guiding teams through training so that a strong safety-first culture is maintained while business objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in any discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC certification, along with other relevant HSE certificates and accreditations.
Experience
- At least 20 years of overall experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience within the oil and gas sector.
- Background as an HSE Manager on large oil and gas EPC projects.
- Prior approval as an HSE Manager from ADNOC.
- PMC experience is required.
Role Summary
This role is intended for a senior HSE leader who can protect people and the environment while supporting safe and compliant project delivery in a demanding oil and gas setting.
