Programme Overview
This Management Associate role is part of ALSg’s 24-month Future Leaders Programme (FLP), designed for graduates who want broad exposure across functions and a deeper understanding of the chemicals industry. The programme includes structured rotations and special mission projects across different business lines, giving participants practical insight into how the business operates.
Learning and Development
Participants will begin with immediate on-the-job learning in a real position under the guidance of a senior business leader. The role also includes rotations into related work units to help build a wider understanding of different functions. The learning curve is expected to be challenging, so candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to recover quickly from setbacks.
Each participant is also paired with a reporting officer who is a senior business leader. This mentorship is meant to help the participant learn from practical experience, perspectives, and guidance throughout the programme. Success in the programme depends on making full use of this support.
