Machine Operator

Role Overview

This position is for a Machine Operator based in Alain City, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on running various production machines so output stays efficient, timely, and aligned with the shift plan set by the Shift Supervisor. The operator is expected to keep equipment running smoothly, watch product quality, and support the daily production schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Run production equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
• Carry out safe machine start-up, monitoring, and shutdown activities.
• Check that finished products satisfy quality standards and production requirements.
• Handle routine cleaning of machines and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Escalate equipment faults or production disruptions to the supervisor or maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and related data.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and GMP rules throughout the shift.
• Reduce material loss and keep the work area organized and tidy.
• Support machine changeovers and setup fine-tuning when needed.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

Requirements

• A Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of experience working in machine operation.
• Strong understanding of machine parts, technical components, and manufacturing equipment is necessary.
• Knowledge of machine processes is expected.
