Role Purpose

This position exists to manage international logistics activities and keep raw materials available on time for production. The role centres on coordinating inbound supply with production and warehouse requirements, arranging transport for finished goods and incoming shipments, giving priority to urgent materials, and supporting the paperwork and compliance needed for customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate international freight movements, mainly by sea and air, so raw materials arrive efficiently and on schedule.
Oversee truck dispatches for outgoing finished products and incoming materials, ensuring movements are timely, efficient, and compliant.
Assist with preparing and checking documents required for customs clearance.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for suppliers, customs agents, production teams, and warehouse teams on logistics matters.
Set shipment and purchase order priorities according to production requirements, shortages, and urgency.
Work closely with the Global Logistics Manager, Production Manager, and Warehouse Manager to align inbound schedules with production plans and available storage space.
Track shipment progress and respond quickly to delays or issues that could affect material availability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment and logistics records in the ERP system.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone with 4 to 6 years of logistics experience, including exposure to import and export processes. A practical understanding of customs procedures and supporting documentation is important, along with a strong grasp of Incoterms and how international shipping flows work. Experience coordinating inbound and outbound cargo across sea, air, and land freight is required, ideally in an environment linked to inventory, warehousing, or production support.
