Role Overview

This opportunity is with a well-established real estate developer focused on retail and commercial assets across multiple UAE locations. The position is designed for a proactive leasing professional who can help improve occupancy, support revenue growth, and nurture long-term relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.

The role is based in Sharjah and covers the portfolio in Al Ain, Sharjah, Kalba, and Abu Dhabi.

Core Duties

• Handle lease drafting, completion, and execution in alignment with company procedures and business objectives.
• Lead specialty leasing efforts such as kiosks, pop-ups, and promotional spaces to support short-term income generation.
• Respond to leasing enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Property Management teams to complete lease processes efficiently and ensure compliance.
• Keep leasing trackers, records, and supporting documents accurate and up to date.
• Assist with negotiations, renewals, and lease amendments to secure commercially strong outcomes.
• Research the market to uncover new leasing prospects and remain informed about industry movements.
• Develop and maintain strong connections with tenants, brokers, and relevant partners to support retention.
• Track lease expirations, renewals, and vacant units to help sustain strong occupancy.
• Ensure all leasing work follows local regulations as well as internal policies and standards.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
• Strong negotiation ability and good interpersonal communication are important for success in this role.
• A sound understanding of leasing contracts and commercial terms is required.
