  • Create cross-cultural materials and briefings to help Saudi and China teams work effectively together.
  • Serve as a link between local and global L&D stakeholders to keep programs aligned and consistent.
  • Monitor learning indicators such as completion rates, mentor coverage, satisfaction scores, and total training hours.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on learning outcomes for the L&D Lead and senior leaders.
  • Use data and participant feedback to suggest improvements.
  • Administer the LMS, training records, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, training partners, and assessment platforms.
  • Assist with psychometric and competency assessments for candidate and talent evaluation.
  • Ensure programs follow Lenovo policies, Saudi labor rules, and HRDF/relevant KSA training requirements.
  • Deliver company orientation sessions covering the company profile, organizational structure, and workplace policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, MIS, or a related discipline is required.

  • Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs from start to finish is needed.
  • Experience using LMS platforms and learning analytics/reporting tools is required.
  • Prior exposure to cross-cultural or international work environments is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to train employees and trainee cohorts across technical and soft-skill topics is expected.

  • Strong ability in instructional design and facilitation.
  • Clear communication and confident presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret learning data and turn metrics into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
