Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Keep food preparation areas, storage spaces, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen tools, corridor areas, holding zones, and operational equipment clean and organized.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff and service team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Follow assigned shifts and duty rosters as scheduled.
• Carry out stewarding duties according to the instructions provided.
• Help reduce waste, damage, and spoilage as much as possible.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

A vocational background in food and beverage is preferred, along with prior experience working as a Kitchen Steward. Strong English communication skills are required.
