About the Role
Triol Corporation’s export sales team, based in Warsaw, supports customers across oil & gas and industrial segments with power electronics equipment. The product range mainly covers low- and medium-voltage drives along with related control systems. This opportunity is centered on building and managing business in the Middle East, with regular interaction with engineering firms, service organizations, pump and motor manufacturers, ESP system integrators, water treatment operators, and mining businesses.
The company is looking for a commercially minded professional who wants to grow in a customer-facing environment and maintain strong, high-quality relationships with key accounts. There is also a strong focus on helping new team members get up to speed through structured onboarding and guidance from an experienced mentor.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and improve margin from assigned key accounts in line with the sales plan.
- Set up meetings between customers and the business development team.
- Generate and qualify leads within the target market segments.
- Lead and close negotiations with established customers.
- Develop leads within the Europe segment as well.
- Handle ongoing written communication with existing, new, and prospective clients.
- Support the completion of contractual commitments with customers.
- Create presentations, marketing materials, and other negotiation or event-related documents for customer meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Manage records and workflow in the SRM system, including order progress tracking, reports, applications, dispatches, invoicing, customer orders, and contract-related negotiations.
- Track each order through to delivery, customer receipt, shipment coordination, incoming checks at the customer side, implementation, equipment commissioning, and feedback collection.
- Keep the customer database accurate and regularly updated.
- Work closely with the assigned mentor during the initial training phase to build confidence and handle complex tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven strength in negotiation and building lasting business relationships.
- Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Good spoken, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Comfort working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle deadlines, follow through on commitments, and take action when needed.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in electrical engineering, power electronics, or a closely related field.
- Completed higher education in international relations, economics, management, marketing, or a technical discipline.
- English proficiency at C1 level; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement.
