The team handles up to 30 model bookings each day, casts as many as 100 potential models weekly, and works with more than 100 suppliers across the world.
This is a practical, fast-moving role suited to someone who is highly organised, communicates well, and can balance several priorities at once. You will be a dependable contact for models during bookings while also managing the administrative work that supports a high-volume studio and production environment. The role offers valuable exposure to model booking, production processes, and fashion studio operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Model Booking team with daily administration so casting and booking activity runs efficiently.
- Help book and option models for ASOS shoots, with around 30 bookings handled each day.
- Prepare and keep booking paperwork accurate, including call sheets, confirmations, reminder notices, lunch codes, and internal booking updates.
- Welcome models at head office, check them in, and help coordinate the daily studio timetable.
- Serve as a contact point for models during bookings so they know what is happening and where they need to be.
- Keep booking-system records current, including model and agency information.
- Organise and maintain shared team folders so documents and assets are easy to find and properly structured.
- Assist with building and updating online model portfolios and internal model packs so content stays clear and current.
- Help organise castings from start to finish, including casting lists, database updates, image filing, and wardrobe handling.
- Confidently support or run casting days with an understanding of ASOS creative direction and an eye for getting the best from each model.
- Assist with advance booking requests, including scheduling agency appointments and passing on special instructions.
- Provide on-site support during shoots for organisation, communication, and general production assistance.
- Contribute to team culture by supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong administrative ability and a well-organised working style with close attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfort handling several tasks at once and setting priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive, dependable attitude and the ability to stay composed when under pressure.
- Confidence using systems, databases, and shared documents.
- A cooperative approach and readiness to support wider team goals.
- Interest in fashion, production, or studio operations, with enthusiasm to learn.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Transferable experience in administration, coordination, or support work.
