The company is growing internationally and is seeking a junior front-end developer from the MENA region to work remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate UI/UX mockups into structured, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.
• Develop marketing-focused web assets that perform well across devices and screen sizes.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver quality work on time.
• Support website improvements related to SEO, conversion optimization, and overall performance.
• Contribute ideas in team discussions to help refine development processes.
• Improve site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
• Ensure strong responsive behavior on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Apply front-end best practices for usability, accessibility, and code maintainability.
• Update and manage WordPress sites and other CMS platforms.
• Implement new content, page structures, and reusable templates.
• Assist with ongoing feature enhancements and website refinements.
• Find and fix visual issues and front-end bugs.
• Test sites across browsers and devices to confirm reliable behavior.
• Help uphold coding quality and consistency across projects.
• Keep current with modern front-end tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Join code reviews and learn alongside senior developers.
• Continuously build technical and problem-solving capability.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or junior positions.
• Prior experience contributing to live websites or web applications is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive, mobile-first development approaches.
• Exposure to React, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks is an added advantage.
• Experience working with WordPress or comparable CMS tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly front-end development.
• Ability to use Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
• Basic awareness of website performance tuning and cross-browser testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve continuously.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Nice-to-have: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks; WCAG accessibility knowledge; experience in healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries; familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern workflows; fluency in English, with Arabic as a strong advantage.
