What you will do

• Own your individual responsibilities and contribute to overall team targets while supporting a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Plan your time effectively, keep your workload organized, and help newer team members prioritize their tasks.
• Carry out assignments according to established procedures, look for ways to improve delivery and process flow, and support troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Share practical knowledge across teams and provide technical guidance and training to colleagues when required.
• Identify non-routine issues early, evaluate possible solutions, and make sound decisions within a structured environment.
• Work with limited supervision on recurring tasks and escalate unusual concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure any non-standard work is reviewed for appropriate technical judgment and remains aligned with Pfizer’s standards, policies, and values.
• Create work orders, complete tasks accurately and on time, and follow safety requirements and cGMP-based processing standards.
• Adjust standard methods as needed for different situations and help define suitable approaches for work execution.
• Keep precise records, monitor equipment usage, support supervisors in investigations and improvement efforts, and prepare reports that track progress and training needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a closely related environment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Experience using standard office tools and manufacturing systems.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality expectations.
• Familiarity with Pfizer’s Learning Solution and Quality Tracking System.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple assignments.
• Capability to coach and mentor less-experienced colleagues.
• Basic awareness of common AI tools and interest in learning how they can improve productivity.
