Junior Analyst

The Junior Analyst position is designed for a detail-focused, analytical individual who can help drive day-to-day business operations with research, data handling, reporting, and insight generation. Key responsibilities

• Gather data from different sources, organize it properly, verify its accuracy, and carry out analysis.
• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and concise business summaries.

• Support business research, market reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Track KPIs and operational measures regularly.
• Assist with forecasting, planning, and decisions based on data insights.

• Run data quality checks to make sure information stays accurate and consistent.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide analysis support.
• Record methods, workflows, and conclusions from analysis work.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by sharing data-backed recommendations.

Required skills and competencies

• Strong numerical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Solid command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and analysis features.
• Good ability to research information and collect relevant facts.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred.

Prior exposure through an internship, academic project, research work, or another analytical assignment will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools is also beneficial, along with any background in reporting, business intelligence, performance analysis, data visualization, or statistical concepts.
