This internship involves supporting interior design and planning efforts for hotels and hospitality spaces. Responsibilities cover assisting with project execution plans, coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met during construction or renovation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and designing interiors for hospitality environments
- Help develop and monitor project execution schedules to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with local suppliers, contractors, and vendors for smooth operations
- Support vendor negotiations and perform rate comparisons for cost efficiency
- Make regular site visits to track progress and quality of ongoing work
- Verify all completed work aligns with project requirements
- Manage project expenses and help maintain budgetary controls
- Organize and upkeep project documentation including quotations, bills, and reports
- Conduct professional communications and follow-ups with vendors and internal teams
- Prepare basic status reports and project updates for management review
- Coordinate among diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
