Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new leads generated by the company through calls and messages.
- Comprehend client needs to suggest appropriate services and solutions.
- Clearly and professionally present the IncluHub services to prospective clients.
- Consistently follow up with interested leads to advance them along the sales pipeline.
- Successfully convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments, meetings, or confirmed clients.
- Handle sales-related inquiries courteously and effectively.
- Maintain polite, assured, and convincing communication with leads and clients.
- Record and update lead statuses, follow-up notes, sales stages, meeting schedules, and client data in the CRM system.
- Liaise with internal teams to align on client requirements and sales opportunities.
- Keep comprehensive logs of customer interactions, objections, follow-ups, and results.
- Identify and prioritize promising leads for proactive follow-up.
- Work diligently to achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
- Persistently follow up with potential customers until a conclusive decision is reached.
- Ensure that no critical sales opportunities or follow-ups are overlooked.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship in Hyderabad starting between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026, with a commitment for the full three-month duration. Candidates should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in sales.
Compensation and Benefits
This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to INR 15,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and an informal dress code.
