Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh for an Information Technology Manager. The position is responsible for planning, rolling out, and maintaining the company’s IT environment, including networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud systems. The role also covers daily IT operations, reliability, security, stakeholder support, and coordination across business-critical applications and platforms.

The person in this role will also guide and support IT team members, work with vendors and service providers, and help ensure the organization meets security and regulatory expectations. In addition, the role contributes to technology planning, improvement initiatives, incident handling, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, and upkeep of the company’s IT infrastructure across networks, servers, devices, and cloud environments.
• Oversee daily IT operations to keep systems stable, secure, and available for business use.
• Support internal teams by coordinating administration and troubleshooting for key applications and platforms.
• Lead and mentor IT staff while monitoring performance and providing operational guidance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain service quality and resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and drive improvements in IT processes and systems.
• Support incident response, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity activities.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including networking, servers, cloud services, end-user devices, and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT security controls such as access management, vulnerability handling, data protection, endpoint security, and incident response.
• Experience managing business software and platforms, including deployments, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of IT governance practices such as documentation, policies, asset tracking, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams, managing performance, and coaching team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated settings is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, or Azure/AWS are considered beneficial.
• Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
