Internship Overview
This internship involves managing the entire recruitment cycle while working remotely. The selected interns will engage with client requirements, evaluate candidate profiles, and facilitate interview scheduling. It is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and human resources, including freshers and women aiming to start or resume their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
- Comprehend and analyze client recruitment demands.
- Select and forward suitable candidate resumes to clients.
- Organize and coordinate interview arrangements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit to a four-month remote internship.
- Availability to commence between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026.
- Relevant skills and interest in recruitment and talent management are essential.
- Encouragement for women restarting their careers and fresh graduates seeking job experience.
- Prior experience or exposure in recruitment processes is preferable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,500 to 15,000 including a fixed component (INR 8,000-10,000) and performance incentives (INR 2,500-5,000).
- Certification upon completion, letter of recommendation, and potential job offer following successful internship completion.
- Successful candidates may expect an annual salary between INR 200,000 and 250,000 upon full-time employment conversion.
