Role Overview

The Human Resource Recruiter will help manage end-to-end hiring activities, from finding suitable candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential candidates through sourcing channels.
• Review applications, screen profiles, and narrow down suitable candidates.
• Create and publish job openings as required.
• Prepare shortlisted candidate lists for further evaluation.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Keep the candidate database organized and updated.
