About the Role
National Food Products Company (NFPC Group) is looking for a Human Capital Coordinator to join its Human Capital team in Dubai. This position is centered on accurate employee administration across leave, attendance, shift planning, roster control, and payroll support.
Job Purpose
The selected candidate will manage the day-to-day handling of leave, attendance, shift schedules, and roster updates. The role is essential for ensuring adherence to company policies and operating standards, while also supporting smooth and accurate payroll processing. It involves checking attendance data, leave requests, overtime, and shift records, as well as keeping employee information current and confidential throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee leave, attendance, shift planning, and roster administration in line with company rules and procedures.
- Receive, monitor, and process leave requests while making sure all approvals and actions follow policy requirements.
- Keep leave balances and attendance logs accurate and respond to employee queries related to these records.
- Build and maintain shift schedules and rosters to ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Coordinate with department leaders to make sure roster plans match operational requirements.
- Review and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and shift information to support correct monthly payroll calculations.
- Work with payroll and finance teams to help ensure salaries are processed accurately and on time.
- Support payroll checks and help resolve mismatches tied to attendance or leave data.
- Assist with documentation and coordination for onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support the processing of employee insurance registrations, renewals, and related paperwork.
- Communicate with insurance providers and keep insurance records properly updated.
- Help employees open bank accounts for salary transfer and coordinate the required documents.
- Protect employee banking information and ensure it is handled according to company policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Capital.
- Working knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
