Role overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts by Hilton, you will help create a welcoming guest experience by keeping rooms and public areas clean, organized, and maintained to high standards. This role is about more than housekeeping operations; it is about delivering the warmth, care, and consistency that shape a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team by assigning work, arranging schedules, and coaching team members to maintain strong cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Carry out inspections of checkout rooms, occupied rooms, corridors, storage areas, and service spaces to confirm that cleanliness and upkeep expectations are met.
• Identify maintenance or facility-related issues and ensure they are reported and followed through without delay.
• Plan and supervise periodic deep-cleaning activities and other special housekeeping assignments.
• Track housekeeping supplies, maintain inventory levels, and make sure equipment is properly cared for and usable.
• Respond to guest needs with a strong service mindset, including special requests from VIP and other priority guests.
