About the property
Punthill Epping is a newly developed property by Riverlee. It offers 100 modern apartments in studio through to three-bedroom layouts, and is located close to Northern Hospital and Pacific Epping Shopping Centre. Role overview
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will work as part of a small team focused on creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining a clean, welcoming property.
Key duties
- Keep shared spaces aligned with the brand’s presentation standards
- Complete guest room cleans during stays and after departures to a consistently high level
- Work efficiently while keeping cleaning quality in line with hotel expectations
- Share observations about common-area condition with the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, especially when deep cleaning, repairs or replacements may be needed
