About the property

Punthill Epping is a newly developed property by Riverlee. It offers 100 modern apartments in studio through to three-bedroom layouts, and is located close to Northern Hospital and Pacific Epping Shopping Centre. Role overview

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will work as part of a small team focused on creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining a clean, welcoming property.

Key duties

• Keep shared spaces aligned with the brand’s presentation standards
• Complete guest room cleans during stays and after departures to a consistently high level
• Work efficiently while keeping cleaning quality in line with hotel expectations
• Share observations about common-area condition with the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, especially when deep cleaning, repairs or replacements may be needed

Candidate profile

• Must have approved Australian working rights, such as citizenship, permanent residency or a visa with approved work rights
• Strong attention to detail, good organisation and a high standard of cleanliness
• Availability for at least 3 shifts per week, mainly morning or day shifts
