Role Overview

In this role, you will produce creative visual communication for a luxury hospitality environment, supporting marketing, sales, and events activity while protecting brand consistency across print, digital, and on-property materials. The position also involves coordinating with vendors, organizing digital creative assets, and assisting with photography and basic video work when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a wide range of branded marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, advertisements, and other promotional items that follow hotel and brand guidelines.
  • Develop compelling visuals for social media, digital marketing campaigns, email communications, and the hotel website.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager by turning campaign ideas into design concepts, artwork, and finished creative outputs.
  • Keep visual identity consistent across guestroom collateral, outlet collateral, signage, and promotional communications.
  • Update and manage website visuals and other digital content as needed.
  • Prepare graphics and multimedia assets for online promotions, digital advertising, and special offers.
  • Maintain the hotel’s digital asset library, including images, artwork, logos, and working design files.
  • Work with external printers, suppliers, and production partners to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
  • Support photography tasks, image editing, retouching, and basic video editing where required.
  • Help the Sales and Events teams create presentations, proposals, and customized marketing material.
  • Partner with different departments to develop creative solutions that improve guest engagement and brand visibility.
  • Keep up with design trends, hospitality marketing approaches, and new digital tools.
  • Deliver accurate artwork within deadlines and according to project briefs.
  • Provide additional creative and administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, ideally in luxury hospitality or a related industry.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Clear creative ability with strong skills in typography, layout, branding, and visual composition.
  • Capability to design effectively for both print and digital channels.
