Role overview

PGIM Ireland is growing its Letterkenny hub and is looking for a Procurement Contracts Manager to join its Global Sourcing and Procurement organization. This role sits within the Contract Lifecycle Management team and reports to the Director of Procurement Contract Management. The position is based in a hybrid working setup in Letterkenny and involves working across international time zones to support a global vendor base.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end administration of vendor contracts and related ordering documents.
  • Prepare, review, coordinate, and track the signing of contracts, statements of work, amendments, renewals, and terminations using approved templates and guidance materials.
  • Partner with category management and sourcing teams around the world to support negotiations and bring agreements to closure.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Third-Party Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams to manage contractual risk and meet regulatory obligations.
  • Keep contract data, metadata, and supporting documents accurate and up to date in CLM tools and document repositories.
  • Track important dates such as milestones, expiry timelines, renewals, and contractual commitments.
  • Spot non-standard clauses, risks, or issues and escalate them where needed.
  • Assist with contract reporting and analytics, including volumes, turnaround times, and risk trends.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve contract processes, automation, and CLM technology.

Experience and qualifications

The role calls for 3 to 6 years of experience in contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a similar field. A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in law, business, or procurement-related studies. Candidates should have hands-on exposure to commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, and sourcing workflows, along with strong written and verbal communication skills for dealing with global stakeholders. Attention to detail, solid organization, and analytical thinking are essential.

Preferred background

Experience using CLM platforms or contract repositories will be an advantage. Familiarity with AI-enabled work environments and the responsible use of approved tools to improve speed, accuracy, and insight is also preferred, provided global risk and compliance standards are followed. Prior success in managing international stakeholders will set candidates apart.

Benefits

  • Health insurance through Laya and BUPA for eligible employees, covering everyday medical and hospital expenses.
  • 23 days of annual leave at full pay.
  • Pension plan with employee contributions of up to 8% of salary per year and employer matching up to 8%; voluntary contributions are also allowed.
  • Annual bonus program plus Shop LK Vouchers or CleverCards for eligible employees, paid tax free.
  • Life assurance fully funded by PGIM Ireland from the employee’s start date, providing a lump sum equal to four times salary to beneficiaries.
  • Education assistance that reimburses eligible employees for further education.

Employment offers are subject to satisfactory references, and background checks will be carried out for all successful candidates.
