Role overview
Alleanza Healthcare is seeking a well-organised General Coordinator / Admin Support professional to join its Abu Dhabi operations team. This position is focused on the smooth delivery of healthcare services across Abu Dhabi, including site medical services, oil & gas assignments, construction locations, remote healthcare operations and other clinical service contracts.
The role goes beyond routine administration and supports supply chain activity, compliance monitoring, training record management, credential follow-up and wider operational administration.
Core responsibilities
- Handle requests for medical consumables, uniforms, equipment, supplies and other operational needs.
- Work with suppliers, site teams and internal departments to ensure required items are available on time.
- Keep stock, request and delivery trackers accurate and current.
- Assist with compliance paperwork and records across operational sites.
- Maintain trackers for training, credentials, licences and certifications.
- Track mandatory documents, expiry dates and renewal actions.
- Support onboarding documentation for healthcare employees.
- Organise training schedules, attendance logs and competency records.
- Prepare weekly operational summaries, reports and dashboards.
- Support audit readiness through organised filing, document control and record retention.
- Help the operations team with everyday coordination across Abu Dhabi projects.
- Ensure all records stay complete, accurate and up to date.
Candidate profile
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Strong exposure to healthcare operations, clinical support services or medical site operations is preferred.
- Background in compliance, training, licensing, credentialing or supply chain coordination is an advantage.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, trackers, reporting tools and document control processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Capable of coordinating with clinical staff, suppliers, clients and internal teams.
Preferred background
A current or previous healthcare professional licence is preferred, such as nursing, paramedic, EMT, allied health or a similar clinical background. Applicants with solid healthcare operations experience but no active licence may also be considered.
