Company Overview

Summerset is focused on creating vibrant retirement villages where residents can enjoy a high quality of life. From the earliest development stages through to everyday village life, the organisation relies on committed people working together to make each community feel welcoming, active, and well cared for.

The company culture is shaped by three guiding values: working as one team, caring deeply, and aiming to be the best. Diversity and individuality are welcomed, and the workplace is designed so people can do meaningful work, feel valued, and grow their careers.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for creating well-kept outdoor environments.
  • Comfort interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Good physical fitness to handle the practical demands of the job.
  • Ability to work full time, across 80 hours per fortnight.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective time management.

Perks & Benefits

  • An upbeat, supportive team environment.
  • Health cover.
  • Access to social sporting teams.
  • Discounts from a range of suppliers.
