Role Overview
In this position, you will work as a full stack engineer focused on building, improving, and maintaining CRPM modules and components. You will be part of an agile scrum team and may also assist customer support teams with troubleshooting when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, architect, build, test, and troubleshoot complex software enhancements and mission-critical functionality.
- Partner with the engineering team to deliver straightforward, maintainable solutions for challenging technical problems.
- Take ownership of solving technical issues across projects or major project phases.
- Review proposed code changes and provide thoughtful technical feedback.
- Develop unit tests and automation tests to support product quality.
- Contribute actively to the agile development process by participating in standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, while following and helping improve the scrum workflow.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another relevant technical field is required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience building event-driven architectures; experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native development with Java, Spring, Angular, or React.
- Working understanding of relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proven ability to design and implement software solutions for business and technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
