Role Summary

The company is hiring full-stack engineers who are especially strong on the front end to build and support both client-side and server-side parts of its product suite.

This position comes with a high level of ownership, including delivery of complete features across the stack and input into product direction. The role also involves working closely with Engineering, Growth, and Sales to solve important customer and internal workflow challenges.

The team pairs engineers with work that suits their strengths and interests, so staffing across the company is flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support the front ends of products built on advanced voice models and used by millions of people.
• Own features end to end across both front-end and back-end layers, including helping shape what is built and how it evolves.
• Partner with Engineering, Growth, and Sales to understand major customer and internal workflow problems and design effective solutions.
• Improve existing products so they feel intuitive, capable, and aligned with the latest breakthroughs from the research team.
• Implement major user experience improvements, new functionality, and integrations with widely used consumer or enterprise tools when needed.
• Design and build clear, practical, and polished interfaces for both mass-market users and large enterprise customers.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders and customers to collect feedback, identify pain points, and turn insights into product improvements.

Requirements

• No formal degree, certification, or prior years of experience are required.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving through evidence such as previous projects, design work, or GitHub contributions.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications with TypeScript and React is required.
• Knowledge of common software and system design patterns, along with infrastructure topics such as APIs, cloud tooling, storage systems, and data structures, is expected.
• Interest in UI/UX design is important for this role.

Location

This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the world. Candidates who prefer an office setting may work from London, New York, San Francisco, or Warsaw.
