Mindrift is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer for the Tendem project, where the work centers on specialized storytelling within a mixed AI-and-human workflow. You will partner with Tendem Agents who take care of repetitive production tasks, while you contribute the judgment, subject-matter insight, and design precision needed to craft polished, high-impact presentations.

This is a flexible freelance, part-time remote opportunity suited to creative specialists with practical experience in visual communication, information design, and narrative-driven slide design.

What the role involves

As a Presentation Designer on this project, your main focus will be turning complex information into clear, visually structured storytelling. The work involves creating persuasive slide decks and one-pagers that balance simplicity, hierarchy, and strong visual appeal. You will work with tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Responsibilities

Create polished pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to the intended audience.
Convert dense or layered information into clean visual narratives with strong hierarchy and minimal clutter.
Improve presentation quality through custom typography, refined motion, and consistent visual treatment.
Maintain a premium style that combines corporate professionalism with creative presentation design.
Check every deliverable carefully for alignment, pacing, and brand consistency before it is finalized.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline is an advantage.
Strong command of presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote for building advanced, animated decks.
Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma for building layouts and custom visuals.
Ability to present complex data and layered structures in a simple, structured, and visually clear way.
Solid understanding of typography and the use of smooth, elegant animation in premium-quality presentations.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
Proven experience creating high-end, corporate-meets-creative presentation layouts.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual precision.
Ability to work independently and solve design problems without close supervision.
CV must include a portfolio link showing high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work; applications without a portfolio link or relevant examples will not be considered.

Working time and compensation

During active phases, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed; it applies only while the project is active.

Compensation can reach the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on your experience level and the speed of your contribution. Pay varies by project based on scope, complexity, and expertise requirements, and other projects may offer different earning ranges.
