Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should already have experience in a comparable role in premium dining, be comfortable working in Dubai, and be ready to complete a trial shift. Strong English communication is essential, and knowledge of additional European languages will be an advantage.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar position in upscale restaurant concepts
• Good command of English
• Additional European language ability is a plus
• Must be based in Dubai at present
• Availability to attend and complete a trial shift
