Role description
As a Brand-Category Financial Analyst, you will help uncover and develop value-creation opportunities across business categories. The role requires strong analytical ability to turn data into useful insights and practical recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to help execute plans and support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out small-scale initiatives and use financial analysis to identify opportunities that can create value across different business categories.
- Work with teams across functions to put plans into action and strengthen the organization.
- Convert analytical findings into clear recommendations and business actions.
- Assist with business development activities and support decision-making.
- Track financial results and prepare accurate reports.
- Look for process improvements and ways to optimize operations.
- Stay informed about market developments and the competitive environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, BSc, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Good communication skills to present analysis as practical strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of financial analysis methods and tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and handle several priorities at once.
- Capability in data analysis and presentation using PowerPoint.
