F&B Service Expert (Quickbites)

Role Overview

This position is focused on creating a memorable dining experience rather than simply serving meals. The Guest Service Expert supports guests throughout their visit with attentive food and beverage service, smooth communication, and a welcoming attitude that helps make every transaction feel like part of the experience.

What You Will Do

• Prepare tables and service areas to meet brand and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to help orders flow smoothly.
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner while serving food and drinks.
• Keep workstations, tools, and supplies clean and organized.
• Help ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Work Expectations

The role requires a high level of professionalism at all times, including adherence to company policies, safety practices, quality benchmarks, and standards for uniform, grooming, and communication.

Team members should be comfortable working on their feet for long periods and moving across surfaces that may be sloped, uneven, or slippery. The job also involves handling menus and other information visually and physically managing items up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, twisting, and stooping may be part of the work.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior related work experience of less than one year is acceptable, and no supervisory background is required. No license or certification is needed.
