F&B Associate

Role overview

As an F&B Associate, you will help create a positive dining experience by delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service. This position involves handling guest orders, serving food and drinks, and keeping the dining area neat, organized, and guest-ready. You will work closely with colleagues across the kitchen and service team to support smooth day-to-day operations and maintain service quality.

Guest service and order handling

• Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional, approachable presence throughout service.
• Record customer orders accurately, respond to menu-related questions, and suggest suitable items when needed.
• Pass orders to the kitchen promptly and help ensure food and beverages are delivered correctly and on time.
• Address guest questions, requests, and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
• Recommend menu items and promote special offers to improve the overall guest experience.

Service operations and dining area upkeep

• Present meals and beverages according to service standards and expected presentation quality.
• Set up tables, clear used dishes, and keep the dining space clean and orderly.
• Support the team in maintaining efficient coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house service.
• Assist with replenishing stock and other supplies whenever required.

Payments, teamwork, and compliance

• Collect payments from customers and process cash transactions with care and accuracy.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet F&B service objectives and guest satisfaction goals.
• Follow hygiene, health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
• Comply with organizational environmental, health, and safety policies and standards.
