Role Overview

The Facilities Coordinator will oversee daily facilities operations for the Singapore location, which combines laboratory and office areas of about 50,000 square feet. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of facilities for both office and laboratory spaces.

  • Plan and follow through on preventive maintenance tasks, while also addressing urgent repair requirements.
  • Assist with laboratory facility needs such as utilities, equipment coordination, and compliance work in collaboration with EHS.
  • Support space planning, office or lab moves, and smaller site improvement projects.
  • Monitor work orders, service tickets, and vendor service quality.
  • Take part in inspections, audits, and compliance-related activities.
  • Help with facilities budgets, invoice processing, and purchase requests.
  • Work with regional facilities leadership on site standards, reports, and improvement initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities coordination or facilities operations.
  • Prior exposure to both office and laboratory settings is strongly preferred.
