Role overview
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that workplace infrastructure, amenities, and operational support services are developed, maintained, and delivered to a standard that enables the business unit to meet its objectives. The role focuses on creating a service environment that supports the day-to-day needs of tenants and other occupants.
Key responsibilities
The position centers on managing facilities operations in a way that keeps the workplace functional, service-oriented, and aligned with business requirements.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required. Suitable academic backgrounds include Engineering (electrical, mechanical, or civil), Building Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration with relevant experience, or Estate / Property Management.
Experience required
Applicants should have 4 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Management, and Facilities Management.
