What you will do
- Act as the main support contact for the CFO, handling calendar management, travel planning, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
- Assist the CEO by managing calendar flow and inbox-related communication to keep schedules and priorities on track.
- Arrange logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, and other strategic external discussions so everything runs smoothly.
- Help maintain the operating rhythm for Finance & Strategy, Accounting, and BizOps by supporting reporting cycles and related coordination.
- Organize and deliver CFO-led offsites and Finance team events, including communication and logistical planning.
Required background
Applicants should bring at least 7 years of executive support experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment while supporting a CFO, CEO, or other senior leader. The role calls for someone who has managed demanding external calendars involving board members and investors, communicates professionally in writing and speaking, and can stay organized across multiple priorities. Discretion is essential because the work involves sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred experience
Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools will be helpful. Familiarity with financial reporting timelines and investor-facing materials is also a plus, along with a strong service mindset and high emotional intelligence.
