Role Overview

The EVP, Managing Director leads the Account Services function and serves as the most senior account leader for the agency. This person is responsible for strengthening client partnerships, guiding account strategy, and ensuring the team operates with strong business discipline, sound financial management, and consistent execution.

The position also carries responsibility for team growth and performance, client satisfaction, and overall account expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience operating at the SVP or EVP level, along with a strong record of onboarding, training, and coaching account talent.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is $270,000 to $320,000, plus variable incentive compensation.
