E-learning Consultant

Role Overview

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring an E-learning Designer to create engaging digital learning experiences for PrismHR, PrismHCM, and related platforms. This role is suited for someone who can combine instructional design thinking with hands-on content production and LMS support.

What You Will Do

• Build interactive e-learning modules and other learning assets from concept to delivery.
• Enhance course content and edit videos using Articulate Storyline/360.
• Develop quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks to reinforce learning.
• Upload, maintain, and publish content within the LMS.
• Identify and resolve LMS-related issues while assisting platform users.
• Run training sessions and support onboarding demonstrations.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in e-learning design and content development.
• Strong working knowledge of Articulate Storyline/360.
• Ability to administer LMS platforms and troubleshoot common issues.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
