Role Overview

This position is for a driver responsible for the safe and timely movement of goods to clients or business locations in Saudi Arabia. The role also involves handling delivery paperwork, maintaining vehicle readiness, and supporting customers throughout the delivery process.

Key Duties

• Transport, load, and deliver items safely and on schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles as needed.
• Check orders before and after delivery to confirm completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, customer approvals, and other required documents, and submit them to management on time.
• Maintain clear communication with customers by phone when delivery times change or delays occur.
• Stay in touch with management about route changes, delivery updates, or schedule adjustments.
• Make sure all delivery tools and equipment are available before departing from the assigned location.
• Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices to support a secure working environment.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, fueled, and properly maintained with oil and other essentials.
• Provide courteous customer service, respond to questions, and handle complaints professionally.
• Be prepared to lift heavy products when required.

Additional Information

The role requires regular attention to delivery accuracy, vehicle condition, and communication with both customers and management. The driver is expected to represent the company professionally during every delivery.
