Department Manager (m/w/d)

Role overview

For the ZARA store in Aachen, we are looking for a full-time Department Manager (m/f/d) to turn goals into concrete results directly on the sales floor. In this role, you connect product assortment, your team, and customers to drive performance across your department.

What you will do

You will manage your department with a sharp eye for detail, support the development of your team, and make sure the area reaches its full commercial potential. Your department is treated as your own business, and you lead it with clarity, commitment, and a strong sense of ownership.

You will also review figures, customer behaviour, and market trends on your floor, set priorities together with your team, improve day-to-day processes, and make decisions that help grow sales.

The role suits someone who understands that strong performance depends on giving people clear direction. You should be able to guide a team, interpret business data, and use insights from the sales floor to act decisively.
