Data Coordinator (Entry / Junior)

About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Data Coordinator to support the handling, upkeep, and quality of business information across internal systems. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and interested in working with structured data to help teams make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, arrange, and maintain information from a variety of internal and external sources.
• Review, clean, verify, and refresh datasets so records remain accurate and consistent.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data summaries for business use.
• Spot gaps, conflicts, and other issues in data, then help resolve them.
• Work with different teams to understand their data needs and support their workflows.
• Record data processes, standards, and any updates made to systems or datasets.
• Contribute to improvements in data management processes and day-to-day operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Profile

The role calls for strong accuracy, good organization, and a practical mindset for working with repetitive yet important tasks. A basic comfort level with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets is expected, and familiarity with databases or SQL will be an added advantage. Candidates should also bring analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, clear communication, and a willingness to learn data tools and best practices.
