Role Overview

This position involves supporting customers and jewellers through calls, WhatsApp, and internal coordination. The intern will help manage onboarding tasks, follow-ups, documentation, and routine support activities while ensuring clear and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and issues over phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Liaise with jewellers for documentation, app setup, payment gateway configuration, training, and ongoing support.
  • Track and follow up on pending details, paperwork, payments, and renewals.
  • Keep accurate records of client progress, follow-up actions, and operational updates.
  • Work with sales, technology, and support teams to complete tasks on time.
  • Help jewellers understand app features and resolve basic operational concerns.
  • Maintain courteous communication and share timely updates with clients.
