Role Summary

This contract opportunity is for a remote Content Producer supporting a digital service marketplace that connects customers with providers. The position focuses on building and refining content that is both useful and on-brand, with a mix of written and visual deliverables.

Compensation

The assignment pays between $40 and $65 per hour.

Responsibilities

Create polished written and visual assets for both platform users and service providers.
Research topics and produce clear articles, how-to guides, and FAQ content for a gig-economy marketplace.
Work with different teams to make sure the content supports platform objectives and user expectations.
Improve content for search visibility and audience engagement.
Manage the editorial calendar and monitor how published content performs.

Requirements

Strong ability to write and edit digital content with the right tone, structure, and clarity.
Prior experience with gig-economy, marketplace, or service-platform content is an advantage.
Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools used to evaluate content effectiveness.
Capability to work autonomously, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines in a remote setup.
Excellent research skills and the ability to turn complex information into simple, user-friendly copy.

Additional Information

This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere. It is a contract position. The opportunity is with a client of Hire Feed and is positioned within the gig-economy space, with a focus on improving both customer experience and provider engagement through strong content. Candidates who have worked with freelance platforms, digital marketplaces, or content strategy will be especially relevant.
