Role Overview
This position is for an experienced digital content editor who will contribute to AI training by testing chatbot responses, checking how well the models reason, and identifying ways to improve their output quality.
The role calls for a very strong background in writing, editing, and content creation. Experience or study in communications, journalism, or closely related areas is also relevant.
What You’ll Do
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they generate.
- Assess AI model output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
What You Need
- Fluent English at a native or bilingual level.
- A careful, detail-focused approach to work.
- Strong command of grammar, style, and brand tone.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, whether completed, underway, or in progress, though it is not mandatory.
Contract Highlights
- You can select the projects you want to work on and decide when to take them.

- Pay starts at USD 25–30+ per hour, with some projects offering bonus rates.
