Your Role

In this position, you will support and further develop both internal and external corporate communications across all business areas and channels. You will research and produce content for press releases, specialist articles, customer magazines, product brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and the website, while coordinating closely with the relevant stakeholders.

You will also manage the company’s social media presence and create suitable content in image, video, and text format for the B2B environment. A continuous focus on industry trends and topics will be part of your work so that the channels can be developed further over time. In addition, you will monitor relevant media coverage and evaluate the results of the communication activities you implement.

What You Should Bring

The role calls for a completed degree in communication, media, humanities, journalism, or a similar field, alternatively a comparable vocational qualification. You should be able to quickly understand technical subject matter and explain it in a clear, accessible way.

Relevant professional experience in the described areas is expected, especially in managing and developing B2B social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, preferably within the industrial sector. This includes creating video concepts and formats, analyzing and interpreting key metrics, as well as experience with paid social and social media campaigns.

You should be confident using common video editing tools, have excellent German language skills in speaking and writing, and bring good English skills at least at B1 level. A friendly manner, strong communication skills, team orientation, initiative, creativity, storytelling ability, and a secure command of language and text are also important.
