Compensation: $30–$70 per hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours per week
Key Work Areas
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues in clinical systems, including testing, upgrades, and ongoing stabilization work.
- Work closely with clinicians, IT staff, and other stakeholders to convert operational and clinical needs into workable technical solutions.
- Support healthcare teams through training, system assistance, and clear documentation so they can use the tools effectively and consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience supporting or administering healthcare IT platforms such as EHRs, clinical software, or hospital infrastructure.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical problems, test system behavior, and improve overall system performance.
- Comfortable collaborating with both clinical users and technical teams to turn workflow needs into system configurations.
Preferred Background
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows is an added advantage.
