Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing the daily relationship and workflow for an important client account. The role is hands-on and requires someone who can keep communication flowing, maintain momentum on deliverables, and address concerns early. You will rely on data to understand performance, identify risks or wins, and involve internal teams when escalation is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main daily contact for a designated client account and build a dependable working partnership.
- Coordinate projects, deliverables, and deadlines across both internal teams and external partners.
- Review campaign and account performance metrics, spot patterns, and proactively raise issues or opportunities.
- Communicate with clients in a polished, professional manner through email, calls, and scheduled updates.
- Bring concerns to the appropriate internal teams at the right time and with enough context to support action.
- Build familiarity with performance marketing concepts, affiliate channels, and the company’s approach to driving results.
- Keep account records, notes, and reports accurate and up to date.

- Strong organizational ability and comfort managing several priorities at once without losing track of details.
- Comfort working with data, including pulling reports, identifying trends, and drawing practical conclusions.
- A strong habit of following issues through to completion without needing repeated reminders.
- Good judgment on when to resolve something independently and when to escalate it.
- Interest in learning the performance marketing industry from the ground up.
- Preferred background of 1 to 3 years in account management, client services, marketing coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
Why This Role
You will join a team that values performance and treats clients as true collaborators. The role offers ownership of a high-profile account from the start, along with opportunities to deepen your marketing knowledge and grow your career.
