About Saint Laurent
Established in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent introduced luxury ready-to-wear with the 1966 “Rive Gauche” collection, a milestone that helped reshape modern fashion and culture. After becoming part of Kering’s luxury division in 1999, the house has continued to expand under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016. Today, the brand spans women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
Role Overview
In this position, you will help drive store sales by delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients. You will also assist the management team by representing the brand and ensuring its image and standards are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales performance while delivering excellent pre-sale and after-sales support.
- Build new client relationships and nurture long-term loyalty with existing customers.
- Help create and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere in the store.
- Strengthen the brand’s distinction through strong product knowledge and awareness of market and competitor trends.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support whenever needed.
- Represent the brand internally and externally and act as an ambassador for its culture.
- Follow grooming, appearance, and organization standards in line with company guidelines.
- Assist management with in-store processes to help maintain compliance and operational standards.
- Support back-of-house tasks such as stock handling and inventory checks.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience selling luxury products or working in retail.
- Good sensitivity to products and strong awareness of fashion and market trends.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible, curious, and authentic in approach.
