Role Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties in designated areas
Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to management
Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue as required
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Knowledge of health and safety procedures is an advantage
