Role Summary

The office cleaner is responsible for keeping the facility clean, sanitary, and presentable at a high standard. The position supports a positive experience for employees and visitors by ensuring shared spaces remain tidy and well maintained.

Key Duties

• Keep floors, washrooms, and garbage bins clean and maintained throughout the facility.
• Carry out sanitation tasks in washrooms, common areas, and play areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and hand soap when needed.
• Remove dust from reachable surfaces including phone booths, countertops, pillars, light fixtures, window ledges, and vents.
• Spot-clean lobby floors and complete a full wash as required.
• Vacuum entrance mats in lobbies.

Schedule and Pay

This is a part-time onsite role. Work is scheduled for Wednesday through Friday, with 8 hours per day. The pay rate is $18 per hour. Benefits become available after 3 full-time months.

The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in delivering quality work, and enjoys contributing to a team focused on consistency and service. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate respectfully with a supervisor, client, and coworkers are important.

Additional Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 months of cleaning experience. Experience with floor care such as scrubbing, buffing, and polishing is considered an advantage. The role also requires comfort with standing for long periods, using cleaning products, lifting up to 25 lbs, and passing a clear criminal background check.
